USARS headquarters
will allow skaters to submit renewal
applications and club charters at
the January 10, 2010 SOS league
meet.
Parents and
coaches...please make sure that the
forms you bring are completely
filled out and all proper signatures
have been obtained. For your
convenience we will have renewal
applications available at the meet
if you cannot download or print them
off from
www.usarollersports.org. We
know that at the most important
time, printers act up, or you run
out of ink..no problem, we got you
covered.
If you are new and
want to skate the meet, but are not
sure if you will be sending in a
membership renewal or a new
application, you can fill out a one
day pass. If you are a new skater
filling out a membership
application, you will need a copy of
your birth certificate. If you have

Here are some fees
you should be aware of:
One day pass - $20
(plus individual division race fees)
Renewal or new
membership application - $45
(membership is for one year -
January-December 2010).
Tables will be setup
and available from 6:00-8:00am to
complete all necessary paperwork.
You must hand in your paperwork
before you can race.
Leave some space or

Shillington meet will be the medium
